Here is official OPSKINS blog post where you can see under offical CS:GO skins a description that says 'VGO item'. VGO SKINS will have a skin changer, so you could theoretically buy a VGO AWP Dragon Lore and use it during offline (who believes that?) matches. I thought that VGO SKINS were insanity from the beginning when they announced that they will be using CS:GO content without permissions, but it gets even better now. You will be able to inspect those items, create your own and if your design gets accepted into VGO system, you get 5% commission. It looks like VGO skins will have an integrated into CS:GO skin changer, but only for offline matches officially (WINK, WINK, NUDGE, NUDGE). The first phase will provide a desktop tool that will allow you to render your VGO items inside CS:GO, inspect them in-game, and use them in offline matches! NEW: VGO is working on an Open Source SDK that will render VGO items in your favorite games. At this time our launch date is TBD, so keep an eye on our twitter and subreddit for updates!
